As a Client Support Specialist at Talegent, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our clients’ experience with us. About the Job:
Customer Service Coordination
Manage the assignment and resolution of customer service requests
Resolve customer service requests where possible
Measure performance of customer service request handling
Maintain documented customer service procedures
Provide insights to clients to ensure that they get the most out of the platform to help grow our customer base.
Proactively identify opportunities within the allocated accounts for upsells and cross sells leading to revenue growth.
Encourage further feature adoption, such as by contacting users to demonstrate new features.
Candidate Helpdesk Management
Handle calls from candidates escalated from 1st tier helpdesk (sometimes outside business hours)
Measure performance of candidate helpdesk and report metrics
Work with helpdesk provider to ensure all agents taking calls are skilled and trained
Maintain documented helpdesk procedures
Customer service experience preferred with strong communication and problem-solving skills
Technical background is a bonus
Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred (can be overlooked with 2+ years of customer service experience)
